1. Basic Policy
Tools Hub (the "Service") is designed with user privacy as its top priority. All tools provided by the Service process data entirely in the user's browser (client-side).
2. Handling of Files
Files uploaded to the Service (images, PDFs, text, etc.) are processed only within the user's browser. Files are never sent to or stored on our servers or any external server during processing. When the browser is closed, the files are discarded from the device.
3. Analytics
The Service plans to use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand usage and improve the service. This collects information such as your IP address, country/region of access, pages viewed, and browser type. This information is not used to identify individuals.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service uses browser local storage to remember your display theme (dark/light mode). For convenience, it also stores "recently used tools" and "favorites" (tool identifiers and timestamps only) in your browser's local storage. Files, input contents, results and passwords are never stored. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
5. External Services
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Google Forms for inquiries. Information you enter and submit through the contact form is sent to Google and handled under Google's privacy policy. We use form responses only to handle your inquiry. If advertising services are introduced in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
