This calculator handles the four basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) entirely in your browser. Use it for shopping totals, splitting bills, work estimates or adjusting recipe quantities.

Besides the buttons, it fully supports your keyboard: number keys, +, -, *, /, Enter and Backspace let you type without looking away from the screen. The percent (%) button makes percentage and discount calculations easy.

Can I use the keyboard?

Yes. Number keys, +, -, *, /, Enter, Backspace and the decimal point (.) are all supported.

How do I calculate percentages?

Enter "100 × 20%" to get 20 - that is, 20% of 100. Handy for discounts.

What happens when I divide by zero?

An error message is shown and you can start over with C.

Is my calculation saved?

No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is saved or sent.
