Are Japanese characters counted accurately?
Yes. Japanese characters including emoji and full-width characters are counted precisely by Unicode code point.
Does case conversion affect non-English text?
Uppercase and lowercase follow Unicode casing, including letters beyond A–Z. Japanese scripts stay unchanged. Language-specific rules cannot be selected.
Can it handle very long text?
Yes. Long text is processed in real time within your browser memory limits.
Are both full-width and half-width characters counted?
Yes. Full-width Japanese characters and half-width letters are each counted as one character.
